Operating a fleet of mobile medical coaches is especially challenging because
the imaging suites and their staff are transported daily to different locations
nationwide. Yet with RCOA's management solutions, your satisfaction can be
assured. With a focus on better care for patients, up-to-date regulatory
compliance, greater client satisfaction, and the latest technology, we have
divided our operations department into five areas:
|
RCOA's operations department is responsible for managing the day-to-day services
and personnel required to provide one-stop, on-site PET/CT imaging.
|
The licensing and certification department ensures that both RCOA and your facility
remain in compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
|
The quality control and radiation safety department oversees the entire imaging
process to ensure that RCOA provides superior diagnostic quality and therapeutic
healthcare services to our clients and their patients.
|
RCOA employs professionally trained transportation specialists to deliver, set
up, and maintain our coaches. We provide qualified PET technologists to operate
our PET/CT scanners, consult with radiologists, and care for patients being scanned.
|
To minimize service interruptions to our clients and their patients, RCOA operates
an in-house, OEM-trained service department that provides 24/7 service coverage.
